Mushroom Recepies

Hmm...since this blog always the mundane stuff about myself...Why not 2 day i post about cooking? When u r bored...Or when you dunno wat 2 cook for dinner...Try my recepies... For ah moi outside there...if ur bf nagging you to cook...why not try my recepies... For housewife who lack of any idea of what to cook tonight why not try my recepies...Sure ur husband will love u more...But if u wan more...Substitute mushroom with abalony...(the cooking style is same)

Ok on that day i use 1kg of mushroom...Remember to choose the Agaricus bisporus type of mushroom.. Dunno what is that...You all call it button mushroom la.. Dun buy those from can de...too small n taste like blerk...

But why mushroom? Because

0. Mushroom are one of the food that I LOVE....
1. Mushrooms are one of the highest antioxidant foods in the world.
2. Mushrooms are very filling despite being low in kilojoules, making them a great 'weight control' food.
3. Mushrooms provide more than a quarter of your daily needs of the essential vitamins riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid and biotin.
4. Mushrooms are a good source of the essential minerals selenium and copper.
5. Mushrooms are a wonderful source of fibre, to keep you healthy on the inside

Ok to prepare it...Cut the mushroom into slices... dun bother the slice size...But DUN cut all into same size...Must some big some small...Precisely....cut into 3 distinct size...I put it as Large, Medium and Small...

Large =quarter of whole button
Medium = One eighth
Small = one sixteenth.

Ok now separate the Large size out... Those big in size is for baking mushroom.. I put those large one on greased oven tray.


Remember to preheat the oven to 160 deg.... And left those in the oven...

While baking...heat up the frying pan...When it is hot...put some olive oil...Remember to use Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil...Put the Small and Medium size mushroom into the pan.. Fry it...Along the way..put some soya sauce n ajinomoto (no need if u scare of die early)...


While u fry, the mushroom will leak out some juice...U can either cook it till dry or pour the juice onto a bowl (can be mushroom soup- as entree)....

For me i just fry it till dry..Fry until the mushroom turn golden yellow..(precisely Black Yellow-soya sauce punya pasal)

OK the above picture is what those mushroom look like...By this time ur oven should have a nice golden yellow mushroom....


I mix both together..the bake and fry one..I even add some noodle in...together with those mushroom...

Ta da...it look like below...On the right side is baked mushroom (dun judge the mushroom taste by its skin)
On the left is fried one..

Yummy........
