Planning to study
But just the notes n book
Feel like so so heavy
That i can't lift it up to read

Feel very lazy
Some people tell me Med OSCE
Is very easy...

True...
It is easy in the sense that
Not many thing 2 prepare compare to primary care
Just familiarize with examination
for 6 systems
And do appropriate history
Knowledge wise
Is very little needed...
Just be logical...

I read before all my notes..
Can't guarantee 100% in brain
But already read before..
Feel very lazy to read again
Very lazy....

This exam is important?
Depend on how u see it...
Important as it if i get 4/4
I won't need to do it again
During remediation exam
If not i need to take 12-stations

But the requirement for remediation exam is 75%
which mean the more rotation u take
The more leeway u got to pass..
Compare taking 8 station (need to pass 6) to
taking 12 station (need to pass 8)
Which 1 better?

I just hope that....
Everything go well
On thursday
Watever happened...
I just leave it to the god...
I just wanna finish all exam quickly...

Now is Week 6
1st start with Medicine OSCE (Week 9)
Then 16 Station OSCE (Week 10)
Then 3hrs x 2 paper (Separate days- Week 11)
Huh...die die....
My most happy days is after Week 12....

Just so wu liau now...
Arrange all my notes
Prepare for exam...
Take some picture of
How high my lecture notes..
Ok this 1 is CAM 305 notes...Just 60% of all i got.. Another 30% in clinical school locker...
In the pic de is like 4cm (60%)...mean 100% will be like 7cm

Nevermind...Still add rotation stuff...Here is Clinical Spec stuff and Surgery Stuff..
That is like 10cm thick of notes...That is those i print out...still got electronic version that i dun bother to print out but need to read...
And lastly last sem stuff (CAM 304)...This pile is like....SHIT...10cm thick...Study n exam for this pile before but forgot liau lo...Some say this exam will come out some part from this pile...Haih...worst come to worst...i will ignore this pile...

So in total (10+10+7)...i got 27 cm of notes to read...
Not Include current MEDICINE rotation...
Notes still haven't print out...Dun plan to..
Just read the electronic one...

That book is like 5cm thick...
So total got 32cm++

If 1 rims of A4 paper is 5cm hor...
I total got 6 rims of paper to read...
1 A4 paper can either printed on both pages or only one
For mine
Some printed 2 pages..
Mostly 1 pages...
So average 1.25 pages for a sheet of paper...
Cause i print more only 1 pages
If 1 rims got 550 A4papers
6 rims is like 3300 pages 2 read...
Oh my god...

Left 3 weeks to go...mean average 1 week must read 1100 pages la..

That coordinator told me "You miss hypotension"
Cilaka...I got mention ok..That is the first thing i notice when i read question

Syd-Canberra-Melb Trip Day 2

OK 2nd day...
We use See Sydney Visit card
It cost $75 per person for 1 day
Basically all places we visit on days 2
Is with this card, using $75..
The least amount of money i spent in a day

First place, Sydney Opera house..
We should go for Opera House Tour early in morning at 9am
But we can;t make it..so delay to 4pm session
So we just take some pic and Proceed to Taronga Zoo

The zoo located somewhere at the other end of the Habour
So we need to take ferry

On Ferry can take good pic...Huhahaha
This Opera House from the ferry...
We reach at Taronga Zoo, Haha...suprisingly we need to take cable car uphill to zoo...or walk up or take bus...sure take cable car to peak then walk down is the best la...hahaha...

We queing up to the cable car station..actually from the cable car can look down to the zoo..see animal...they call it SkyZoo or something like that..I forgot the name la...hahaha

Day 1 (30 Aug)..
I reach Sydney International Airport (10am)
We went to The Rock Market..

But QY first welcome you to Sydney Information Centre...Huahahah

This is the open air part of The Rock Market

Something interesting stuff that u can buy at The Rock Market

This is me and Joce in the other part of the market...Basically is like Salamanca in Hobart but much much bigger..

Hoho after tired of walking, we went to Pan Cake On The Rock...Eat Pancake la...Very Famous one de ler
Really nice 1...Believe me...Located just beside The Rock Market..

See how many ppl que to get in to eat..Hehe Long Long...Luckily we go early and no need to que...

OK this are wat we eat...Things that so nice with this pancake is that the pancake is not really pancake...it is a cake...chocalate one use chocolate cake..The two picture at left..One Choc Strawberry another is Blueberry...The two pic at the right are crepes..One is Seafood another is Fish...Hehe Nice Nice...What more...Total is $63.90 for those 4 stuffs +Wedges and Chips..Drink is just plain water...

Something that i consider as boring in the past, now act as a platform for connecting people that lost of contact for long long time ago..

Love it, partly because of the game that allow me to waste my valuble time...

But the most important is, it allow me to find all my old old old friend...
It is happy to see how primary school friend change and chat with them

Huh after 2.5 years of medicine (half-way of being doctor)...I learn this n that... What i know is medical education is pushing for a 'know everything' doctor.

For the basic,
Learning anatomy is a must
Also include Physiology
Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology
Histology, Endocrinology
And also Immunology, Neurology, Genetics.

More advance,
They want you to learn
Law, Geriatric, Pedeatric,
Any little more Gynae and Mental health

That is just knowledge,
Then clinically they wan you,
Learn surgery, medicine, psychiatry, primary care
this is applying the knowledge above.

Come to skill,
They teach you venepunture, suture, injection
Include catheterisation, Pap Smear, Bi-manual
Also physical examination (not only 1 but lots of them!!)
Aseptic technique, glowing and gowning, sterile procedure

Supplemental for all this,
Imaging, Lab result, Medical Procedure
All need Biochemistry and Common Sense

All together, need good Communication
but not to forget Patient Interaction
Teamwork, and Professinalism
What more..Come the ethic
Autonomy - Respect patient choices
Beneficience - Healing / Do good to patient
Non-Malaficence - Make no harm
Confidentiality - Keep patient issue secure
Veracity - Telling the truth

Not only that,
Medicine always have exception
Making thing complicated...

Even more helpless as medical student
Learning Community Health, Health Promotion

That not enough,
Sometimes have to ask Occupation, Financial problem
Study problem, and other problem
What else, Health Prevention for the patient as well

Assessment wise,
We got time wasting Reflective Piece
Case History, Care Plan, Mini-Cex, OSLER & Essay
And big big exam such as OSCE and EXAM!!

That is what is learn for 2.5 years
And i can be very sure that most of the thing
Is learn just for the purpose of learning
How much is used when i am a doctor
I dunno, but i am sure it won't be more than 10%
It is tired being a medical student and doctor

They people out there,
Assume we must know all
But it is impossible...
My neuron are not made for all this stuff
Or my Hippopocampus can't remember all this
It is just ways too much....

Patient come, Patient go...
I just can do what is best for them
Other problem, let other people sort it out.
Not doctor...Other profession is specialising
By mean of focusing task to smaller groups in profession
This is same for Medicine
That y we have Peadiatrician, Cardiologist, Urologist...etc
But medical student is just medical student...
There is no Cardio-Medical student or Pead-Medical Student
This is why, medical student have to learn everything in this world
That is related to Human, Virus and Bacteria

I am too tired..

And being test
But knowing that in the end,
I would just make use <10% of what i learn

Tomolo (or today precisely) got a 2 hrs exam...Read like crazy guy for the last 1 weeks...do not really cover everything but hope that will give me a pass..Actually wanna congrat myself...Unbelievable thing has happened last monday. I got my result back for OSCE and i got 4 out of 4. I am too euphoric since then even until today. I even in denial state for few days...thinking how i can pass all the 4 station... I hope tomolo exam won't overturn my euphoria.. Just pray n pray...confident or not? like usual nia la...Anyway...now i'm trying to sleep...sleep kaw kaw..if i can lar...

Very long time dun goto Morris cause my daily activities more in Clinical School which in City..

I walk to toilet...Then i suddenly saw this new book shelf... Last time i at morris din see this book shelf before...

See UTAS so rich...buy so many new books. Thay why no place to put...must put beside toilet..

Mushroom Recepies

Hmm...since this blog always the mundane stuff about myself...Why not 2 day i post about cooking? When u r bored...Or when you dunno wat 2 cook for dinner...Try my recepies... For ah moi outside there...if ur bf nagging you to cook...why not try my recepies... For housewife who lack of any idea of what to cook tonight why not try my recepies...Sure ur husband will love u more...But if u wan more...Substitute mushroom with abalony...(the cooking style is same)

Ok on that day i use 1kg of mushroom...Remember to choose the Agaricus bisporus type of mushroom.. Dunno what is that...You all call it button mushroom la.. Dun buy those from can de...too small n taste like blerk...

But why mushroom? Because

0. Mushroom are one of the food that I LOVE....
1. Mushrooms are one of the highest antioxidant foods in the world.
2. Mushrooms are very filling despite being low in kilojoules, making them a great 'weight control' food.
3. Mushrooms provide more than a quarter of your daily needs of the essential vitamins riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid and biotin.
4. Mushrooms are a good source of the essential minerals selenium and copper.
5. Mushrooms are a wonderful source of fibre, to keep you healthy on the inside

Ok to prepare it...Cut the mushroom into slices... dun bother the slice size...But DUN cut all into same size...Must some big some small...Precisely....cut into 3 distinct size...I put it as Large, Medium and Small...

Large =quarter of whole button
Medium = One eighth
Small = one sixteenth.

Ok now separate the Large size out... Those big in size is for baking mushroom.. I put those large one on greased oven tray.

Remember to preheat the oven to 160 deg.... And left those in the oven...

While baking...heat up the frying pan...When it is hot...put some olive oil...Remember to use Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil...Put the Small and Medium size mushroom into the pan.. Fry it...Along the way..put some soya sauce n ajinomoto (no need if u scare of die early)...

While u fry, the mushroom will leak out some juice...U can either cook it till dry or pour the juice onto a bowl (can be mushroom soup- as entree)....

For me i just fry it till dry..Fry until the mushroom turn golden yellow..(precisely Black Yellow-soya sauce punya pasal)

OK the above picture is what those mushroom look like...By this time ur oven should have a nice golden yellow mushroom....

I mix both together..the bake and fry one..I even add some noodle in...together with those mushroom...

Ta da...it look like below...On the right side is baked mushroom (dun judge the mushroom taste by its skin)

At some point of every1 life..they will say "I'm old".. I would say this at 22yrs old.. Recently my body is very weak.. Regret that i do not take good care of it since i'm young. Aching pain come and go every few weeks...tiredness throughout the day (most due to sleeping too much)..

Now i'm in the museum, wanna study for coming exam...Stressful for me...not because of the book or the thing need to read...Is that DAMN pain lower back pain and sleepy brain...

Today is sunday and will hav class tomolo. I dun wan to take any caffein...If not i'll be zombie in the class tomolo...Basically i just want to go abck home now and sleep..listen to music..

Miss so much the time during secondary school where i can sit on house sofa with the music on and stuck to a book for whole day.....

I just wanna get over that OSCE and EXAM!!!! Simple right?
The process is long and taxing...

Bruny Island Trip

I forgot when we went to Bruny Island...But it was just a one day trip...Trip with my Kua family here and two others Kua Friend..

Let me intro the 2 other Kua Friend... On the right of u is Eugene Lim (our walking encyclopedia) and Shao Jie (Shuai Ge) on the rightFor those single lady out there...Good news as both of them are still available...Unless Big J book them 1st...Fast fast before Big J do anything...

What Big J can do? She just showing her white teeth all around...

Conney so envy of Big J teeth that y Conney oso show her teeth to compare....
Which one nicer? Which one look more ori? Or both oso look like fake 1?

Oppps.....He come a guy that not in the trip..

Since both of them like to show teeth...I so beh syok.. that y when conney so eager i just close my mouth...Ppl say..good stuff must keep 1...that y i dun show it out... Even the ang mo behind ignore conney...That guy, i think he own a Bee's Farm...

Look at the back....it is a narrow land with sea at both side.. Believe it or not...that land width is just a size of 2 ways road.. We will be travelling on that road that connect the north and south of Bruny Island...

It is located at the south of the island...Know wat...this is the southest part of Australia...go even south...u can swim to antartic.....

Hmm...after that one of the best activities....Oyster!!!!!!!!
Bruny famous for its oyster...u can find lots of them at the seaside...just dig them out and eat (for sure must crack open them 1st)
This is the rocky seaside that we found lots of oyster...Lots!!!..I mean it....they attached to rock in the seawater... First use knife to slide in between the shells...Then cut the oyster ligament...Open it up...

Then look inside...like me....Check for any pearl.. Hehe not possible la..the species of oyster in Bruny do not produce Pearl..

Then like me proudly shot a picture then eat it...Squeeze some lemon on it and will taste better..
The oyster really nice...i like oyster from that day onwards...I ate lots of them...more than 20++

It is really fresh...really fresh...And it taste very very very nice...

Some people even wanna kill herself cause she unable to open the oyster's shell..
Die for oyster!!!
OK that it for this long post...I do not describe in detail the whole trip because in between we are in the car finding for places. Other place that we visit:
-Berry Farm
-Seaside waiting for White Wallaby (but we are so tired that we doesn't wanna wait)

WE back home with 1 full bucket of oyster....

Just to check if conney got tou tou bring back any additional oyster...Scare the oyster we eat got conney's saliva....

Hmm..Long time din update here. Start new year (2009)..I like never review what i am doing. Until today, exam result out...Suddenly feel like lots of thing happened in this year..Result is better than expected, although little sad when good friend drop in his mark. Just Jia You...You can do it de...

OK what happened in this 4 months...First in Clin Spec...Something memorable is, i know more about women/gals. Always being a man is to be curious about women. I feel like i am better than men out there...Know more in term of psychology and physiology.. Haha...So gals...Wait for me.....

Finish Clin Spec with a damn easy OSCE but i fail 1. Too comfident ruin all thing...or maybe just the leng lui that become patient distract me? I Dunno.....

Now in Surgery rotation, for me fun stuff is can walk in hospital like nobody...but the boring stuff is oncall being FFK be the registrar...Besides that, what i learn in surg is huge... Lots of good quality surgeon/physician that can teach well n interesting (relatively to Clin Spec's sleepy tutor - No offence..I always feel sleepy in SR1).

Hmm...NOW????
I suppose to study...but this world fill of mood but i dun hav any...so what to do...come to my blog...write nonsense stuff..Haha...N u r reading my nonsense stuff...Happy Nonsensing...

With X1..I can use it to Max....At school i can check email, download files, msn or even skype...

Just install TomTom navigator for GPS. Now driving in the car is very syok...Just set in the TomTom your destination and u just follow the instruction from the X1 (TomTom). And sure u will reach... When u reach a crossroad or junction it will say "Turn Right into...."..How fantastic is that...

Throw away the old map...One thing that make paper map usable is when the world is without electicity...Will that happen?

The title of this post i copy from Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. In his book, Robert state that his rich dad refuse to pay him when he work because rich dad never wanted him to be addicted to money. I realise that my father do hav the same principal (No wonder he is financially success). I still remember when I 1st at Genting at croupier, he say b4 that schooling people shouldn't work. I know he scare us to addicted to money.

The logic is easy to understand, for a student to suddenly hav income, it is like suddenly become rich but what they do not realise is that they are starting to be addicted to "work for money" and it is hard to break the addiction. What more? They will start to neglect to study and go for work...Then working for life for money.....

Security or Freedom

Ok, with exam result just out 2day and my journey to graduate with MBBS still valid, this mean my journey of life is still becoming a doctor.. Back holiday and i'm now reading 2nd series/book of Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Most people in this world, choose for financial security/social security such as "Get a high pay job", "Invest in Mutual Fund", "Keep some money you earn in EPF"... this is what all people around doing. This is what i am doing now, study for financial security by having a secure pay job (doctor). People that choose Financial security, work for money. Imagine i being doctor 6years from now,i still goto work 8hrs/day waiting end of the month for salary. Although being a doctor is better compare to Janitor or Taxi driver in Financial sense but all still need to work.

To be the truth, I choose to have Financial Freedom, the other type of people. I dun like the life most of ppl around me hav, wait for salary end of the month. I wan to take risk, investing so that money make money (not work for money). To be able to achieve financial freedom, 1st need knowledge, this is why i start study how 2 investing during this holiday. So by now i hav set my goal of life...Sure still need to doctor, I still need to work for money first, earn money first so after that money i earn can make more money.

Graduate at age of 24
Medical doctor at age of 27
Having RM500,000 in saving by age 30
Achieve Million by age of 35
No need to work by age of 40
Charity at age of 40
Spend most of my time with family......

Hmm...So happy that tomolo I will back to my home country, Malaysia. After 2 years study in Hobart, lots lots of thing i have learn. Dun say about 1st year as i can't remember anything about 1st year beside exam, study and assignment. Reflect back on what happened in the last 9 months i just can fill it with Happiness and Sadness. Maybe that are the 2 thing that fill most of human daily life....Let summarise what are my Happiness and Regretfulness..

Huh, very long time i din even login to my own blog. Sorry for the reader. Maybe just too lazy to write. Or i just busy with TVB drama this year so dun even bother to write. Need to reiterate that Blogging is For Bored Ppl (at least for me). Now i'm in Clinical School, Pathology Museum listen to Imeem.com while reading my notes. Think back what happen the whole 2008. The only thing i remember from last sem (Feb-Jul) is busy exam like now. Nothing 2 reflect. This sem, not a smooth one for me, but at least it is near the end very very soon (left 3 weeks). Watever happen in this sem will be a lesson for me. No matter what is the result for this sem, life still goes on. Happy 2gether. N the happiest thing is Another 20 days back to MY, 25 days meet Dear, 80 to meet Parent. Wat 2 do, Study wait for holiday, holiday wait for sem. Haha that is life.

OK 1st let Conney Kua.. Welcome You to Ben Lomond..Place that we had our ski last week....
This is the Alpine 'Resort' where they provide hotel n ski facility. It is the highest hotel in Tasmnia (Yaya...What so big deal about that)

See Ah Yap Ski with so artificial ski skill...He not there for ski oso...He there for Snow Boarding.. He like having 2 tongkat..Isn't It?

Since Ah Yap 'like' skiing at there..so i oso hav a pic with his snowboard..At least when someday in future ppl say i just go for ski..i can say i oso got snow boarding..Proof...Pic Below...

Now little experience about skiing there... 1st we have a 2hrs course in skiing. Basically they teach us how to ski safely. N we hav to walk sideway like crab if we want to walk uphill. If u walk normally uphill u sure will slide back on ski.. So we just be 1 day-crab.

Then they teach us how to change direction, slow down and stop.

The nicest thing after all those beneficial training is that... We can SKI!!! n do not need to walk like crab.. There are Lift that can pull us uphill so that we can ski downhill...

Huh...although with 2hrs training...it is still not enough... i still end up like......

The most problematic stuff is that when u fell down...it is very hard to stand up again. U will fell like u have no foot at all..So next time bring more friend to entertain u when u on the snow with ur buttock like numbed....

The fun is when every1 on the ice..taking photo while the buttock freezing....

After being so tired skiing n falling on snow, we had our lunch...a Toast for AUD4!! (Damn expensive neh)
And hav a can of coke.....(See how i reheat my buttock....)

All those fun that we had on BenLomond just cost is AUD 100 for skiing and AUD115 for snowboarding (Beside the food)....

Okok look at me wearing that thick jacket 2gether with the title of this post should know where i will be going.. Ya..SKI...N it will be tomolo!!!! Where?? It is at Ben Lomond, somewhere north of Tasmania..Have a look at picture below...that is the place we're heading to tomolo.....

Yay that is Ben Lomond...Place that i will ski tomolo...Somewhere 1573 meters above sea level. The temp forecasted is 0C to -3C or maybe below that...Initially plan to overnight there cause there is the highest hotel in Tasmania. Unfortunately it is fully booked until Sept (End of ski season).

So..After 1 day of planning...Lets see what i bring....1st the thing that i really proud of...is Ski Glove...This Ski Glove i bought it last year for winter but barely wear it cause it is too warm for normal winter cold...Hehe now can fully use it...

(Ignore that dustbin!!) Tell u la...This glove cost me around A$40 buck lo..But the quality very very good... Tomolo i will have the warmest hand in Ben Lomond...Hahahahahhaaaaaaaaaa

Okok...after kau tim with hand..now sure move to foot la...since tomolo foot will be the most intimate part of body with the snow, sure must have full protection..Compare the 2 picture below..U will know what i wear....

That black thing is really my foot ok...Is Just i wear 2 pairs of extremely thick socks.. That y lo...Hehe scare tomolo i lost my foot sensation due to frost bite...

Huh after that sure find something for head...Luckily Mum make my so nice scarf n hat... So nice..So fit for my tomolo event...

Got ppl 2day say my hair that i feel extremely nice as Ah Beng.. 2day i comb my hair n got a very satisfy shape..Seldom got this shape.. With an optimum hair length n right time to comb...i only can get the hairstyle as in picture below...

Okok...Izzit really ah beng? Ok i test on having a nice gold hair... See wat will i look... I will not sacrify my perfect hair for such a wu liau ah beng stuff.. so i just do some photoshop to compare my look if i got gold or yellowish hair.. See below...

Got Littman Cardiology III

Huh just got a parcel this evening.. It is my New Littman Cardiology III stethescope.. I have a Littman Classic II but due to persuasions from tutor that highly recommend Cardiology 3, i bought that cardiology. Just compared between 2 of then... That cardiology 1 make that Classic look minute. Cardiology 1 have 2 lumen. N tell u wat, that cardiology really have a better acoustic than the classic (Dunno due to my mental or real)...

Beside that, i have a sphygmomanometer. Use to measure blood pressure.. Know wat...my highest blood pressure is 170/120...Any comment from fellow friend that studying med?

Punish or Reward?

Okok... Which 1 better Punish or Reward? I mean in term of changing kid behaviour.. Emm...Ok put it in simple way.. When your child get bad bad result for exam (Cause too lazy 2 study), what you will do? The choices are:

1)Tell them 2 study harder next time (offer reward for achievement)
2)Cane them for being so lazy 2 study
3) Cane them for being so lazy and offer reward for future exam.

Okok to be honest, i prefer the 1st option, as i'm grown up in that situation. Still remember how my parent reward me n my sister for each exam we had. A little thing like "I will give you watch drama if u get good result". Reward for small children should not be always money as they do not know how 2 value it yet

Some parent practice option 2. In my humble opinion, caning does more harm than good to kid. Basically, caning is not a best way unless the child did something really wrong. Caning is something needed for those who that can think but need to be reminded. Okok i explain... In human development, 8 yrs old is the age where kid learn to know which thing is important n which is not. They learn on how 2 think from other perspective. So if they are mature enough n they still doing something wrong, then cane will be appropriate. If they still not mature to think, if u cane, wat they will get is just pain n sadness and do not know which is wrong or right.

So cannot cane..But making them understand is important. Say like "Nevermind for you to get average result, try harder as study is important"

Ok i say mature can cane, but if u cane teenager, they will hav aggresive reaction. At teenager age is where caning is useless and reward seems the better of all. In current society, reward seem useless too, cause teenager can get wat they want outside. So wat is the best way? Actually i dunno...I'm still thinking in that issues... Maybe if u mould them from young when in teenager they will be good..

Option 3, combination of both. Use for minor mistake and reward for encouragement. In research, this shown to be the best way. See the link below to know more...

In summary, the way that best depend on the age. But i think the best way of all is through Education from parent. Say "How can you get such bad result? I already told you to study but you do not.. So now wat will happen? If you did not study well next time go clean the toilet." That is very prominent in our society. Think again,...How about saying "Hmm.. I know that you did not put much effort in studying this few weeks, that why u get such an average result. How about try harder next time, If you get higher mark than this time I'll..."

My Com C Drive out of space...

Okok this few day my computer suddenly pop out a warning say "Low Disk Space".. It refer to my boot drive (C Drive) which the free space become nearly zero..Indeed i'm writing this post on full C Drive.. Hehe with my current 45Gb C Drive it is full. Actualy i still left 4GB of free space (When i on my computer). After i use the computer for very very long time (around 5hrs), the warning will pop out again. Hehe u all sure guess "Andre computer kena Virus/Trojan"

Kah Kah tell u...My computer although always kena trojan but won't be disturbing cause i clear it very quickly (Early detection help a lots). That y i never scare to plug anybody pendrive...Besides that, i hav the No.1 Antivirus installed in my computer (Bitdenfender) and Free User-friendly (AVG anti-virus). I also have AVG anti-spyware to block spyware. So the possibility of kena trojan/spyware/virus is tremendously low (Sure got expertise la)...

Okok come back to my full HD story... so how can 4gb become zero in around 5 hours... I think got ghost or casper in Tassie that hide in my computer la..(Kidding nia)...After few min of diagnostic n searching the net... I solve the problem... Ppl at the net say it is indexing problem. Although indexing has caused me lots of problem with performance, so i already disabled it earlier...(Indexing slow system performance)...

So now the differential diagnosis is left to something than can grow in HD. Form my knowledge is that, PageFile.sys will grow bigger (as my setting let it to be unlimited)...So i check it up..When my HD is full, that pagefile only accupied 2GB++.. So i should left with another 2GB... after looking around...i found out that another file eat up 2gb.. It is called hiberfil.sys... this file grow larger as i enable hibernation for my com. Hiberfil.sys size = ram size. So my ram is 2GB.

Like this my com have no space left....Huh...I'm still thinking on solving this problem....

Okok just purchased this toy 2 day (4 Mar). It is a 2GB Sony Mp3 Player.. Mine 1 is the blackie which i think not that nice compare to the white 1..But wat 2 do..at store only left the black 1. So hav to get it lo since i need it so much... Haha...After i plug it into my ear for 5 hrs now..The quality is Good (Just lack of 1 Good Headphone).. N the batt...after i use for 5 hrs it left 75% which estimation will get me to 20hrs of ear drum banging if fully charge. Hehe... Nice...

Will talk more about its quality in future..Like the sound and recording stuff..

The main purpose i buy is...2 record lecture...Always miss the important point in lecture...Record it and back home only retrieve (Only i got time---Minus sleep)...

Ok 2day is Monday (Just 1am) but this post is for something happened yesterday.. Huh...sleep in the morning till 12.30am. Then hav 2 packet of maggie mee with fried egg.. After that sleep again until around 5pm. Hav a nice bath... Walk out of my house, i saw Ah Yap n Cheng changing engine oil for Cheng's car. So i tot Y not change 2gether.. So i quickly go out get engine oil n filter.. After that back and with help from both of them, i finally know how 2 change engine oil. Just can;t bear with that Blac Yuckeee stuff when u open the Oil Nat..

Huh already 1 week of schooling day. Not 2 say sien.. Is just my body cannot adapt to the sudden increase of need of glucose to the brain which is less functional in the last 3 month. Another problem is, everyday also tired in the lecture theatre. So last week seems nothing go into my head except i know how ECG diagram look like. Today (Friday) spend 7 hrs in the same lecture theatre keep on listening and looking at slides with 7 different area of study. Something interesting 2day is, Tassie or specifically UTAS got IMU-Style Speaking Lecturer delivered an ethical lecture instead of LipoProtein.. Luckily near the end he got speak about Lipoprotein. Imagine how he pronounce Chylomicron. That RRrrrrrrrrrr dunno come fron where....

Huh Disneyland so nice. I spent around 9 hrs at that disneyland and play lots of thing. I like their theatre show very much where there are in total 2 major shows (30mins) and 3 minor shows (15mins). Hehe below are some of the pic shot at Disneyland..

We ordered IceChoc for each of us... Then We order 5 Dessert Pancake and 4 Main Pancake.. Main Pancake can be fill with chicken, beef, mushroon.. Dessert got strawberry, apple, cinnamon, pear and it come with ice-cream.

Welcome 2 HuonTrial a place where i drive for 1.5 hrs passing lots of apple farm but din buy any apple back. There the attraction is just the Airwalk and the Swinging Bridge. Okok let 2 girl Welcome u.... They on the swinging bridge... See how long it is....

Actually swing the bridge is very fun... After passing the bridge it challenge them to run trough-n-fro again and who can do it, i will treat him/her a sundae.. In the end, hav to treat all of them.

Huh, spent the last 4 days for holiday by visiting different places in Tassie make me so tired. My last post is about National Park and that happen on Friday (9 Sept). On 10 Sept we round Salamanca Market and in the evening we went to HounValley for AirWalk. On 11 Sept we went to North of Tasmania (Launceston), and visit the Platypus and Seahorse Farm. Oso we visit the Honey farm. On 12 Sept we go for ChairLift and eat pancake at Launceston. Haha that is summary of our trip... Huh 2day goto Mt. Field National Park.. Quite nice actaully but still go there see for the lame lame stuff la.. See waterfall ah... see eucalyptus tree (Tallest flowering tree in the world). Like that loh. But wat nice is after so long study, at least goto the nature walk around get fresh O2 feeling very nice. But after that tired like hell.. Especially drive all the way there n back. Huh yesterday officially finish my final exam with 10mins OSCE. Huh wat 2 say leh.. Pass 3 exams all i comment as Ok-ok.. U all as my reader oso boring lah hoh? Hmm... so i tipu tipu a little lah (kidding)...This OSCE hoh, consider Better than OK (Lame...).. OkOk paraphrase into "Good Examiner, Good Patient, Lucky me".. I Got a good patient which i met his twice for previous OSCEs and John as my examiner. John seems nice to us n just feel very comfortable in dealing the interview with him around. People say he quite strict in marking but dun care lah....Mark is just wat he think about me. As long as i try ady then it is good..

Hooray..Now everything for CAM 102 is end..Happy and happier... Waiting to back to my home country...

Testing new MAC OS 10.5

Huh..tot now free like roting ady lah..So try on new thing lo.. Abusing com lab lightning fast connection to dowload 'Free' Mac OS Leopard. Since it can finish download 7gb in just 1 days then i mah try to install loh..

Initially wanna try to use Mac on Windows. Lazy to do fresh install which need me to reboot my com...So i do Virtual OS loh, in which run 2 OS at the same time. So i use PearPC as Emulator to boot up Mac in my Windows XP Pro.. In exciting moment playing with intalling, suddenly only know that the Mac Leopard that i download is spoil compilation. Mean that the whole 7gb is nothing but just stupid file. So i hav to redownload lo. So teruk..Now cannot play Mac le... Wowowowo...

Actually hoh, people (at the internet) say that seldom people using windows OS wanna use Mac in it. Since Windows is Next to the best...why wanna use Mac in it. Every software in the world work for windows but not all work with Mac. So install Mac in windows is Boring..For me i wanna do that because i wanna try learn how 2 use Mac.. Hehe com stuff i will learn..No Matter wat.. I crack windows before...now i wanna crack Mac..

Overall are damn hard, so-so, easy...Respectively...Luckily got anatomy to cover the whole exam..Hope the applied and histo i won't kantoi till teruk teruk and my anatomy have enough mark 2 cover up.. that all loh..Hard exam make me little sad about my pass/fail for this sem only..Now got little worry cannot pass loh...But wat 2 do...all over ady...Hehe

Hehe this post might be very late cause i only post it now (after 3 days). Actually it just a ok-so-so exam lah.. Not expecting very very good result from that.. Oh dear god, give me a pass...that is wat i want.. I Screw up some of the question actually but generally should be an OK OK exam. Nothing 2 celebrate actually (Although we went to HogBreath for Steak for dinner). Haih now preparing for the coming prac exam which most ppl think it is the hardest.. Some pressure from history and experiences maybe.. Cause most ppl fail on Prac exam. Think back pass 3 days where i lengang lengang do nothing beside sleep, watch HOUSE, eat and goto toilet, i should worried more, so i determine that should study 2day.. Hehe at least a good start with going to Clin school for 4 hrs to download song (Mainly) and look at microscope slides.

Huh 2day finished Theme 2-4 exam.. Being stress for the pass 3 days with the stuff that i do not interested at all, really fan ah.. At least 2day i can rest nicely without not much interference. Afternoon after exam, i sleep for 3 hours, seems like very long din sleep that nice, last 3 days can;t really sleep well, either worry till cannot sleep or being disturbed by unnecessary disturbance.

Today quite free, just 1 2 relax my brain but still need to read my Theme 1 exam. This should be considered as the major paper for this semester and if i ruin it mean, i'll be CAM 102 again (Which i dunno possible or not).

Ok just wanna express my exam feeling and now waiting for pizza 2 eat..haha

Huh suddenly very very very no mood at all...I Just wanna give myself a holiday 2day but just can't happen as when i sleep will feel guilty. I already have 14 years of study, this can consider my first time so stress. Never got this stress before even at INTEC. Maybe i put too much pressure on myself. When paper is rolled

Try to roll a paper from one of its end to the another end. It will form a cylinder with a hollow space inside. Use it to see other people with one of the ends. When u see other, your are just focusing on some part of their body. If you look at their eye, they on the other hand can look at your eye through the other end.

Why i wanna put that analogy? Actually that is how i usually see other, i focus on their characteristic, evaluate people, their behaviour and their rountine. I always spend my time rolling paper on other. A simple plain paper, didn't mean anything until your really put some effort into roll it into a tube. In the process, of looking, don't forget that the other person you are looking is looking at you too.

This same goes to relationship, no matter which type (Love or Friendship). When you see other, the other saw u as well. When u do good to other, other will do goodness to you as well. When one day you treat ppl beside you badly, prepare that they will return you the same. As for me, i won't go the worst if not being force to do so.

Today i hurt 2 people in my vicinity. Just wanna say I'm sorry. Good Luck every1 for exam.

Huh after writing about my Rheumatism, suddenly feel like 1 2 write about my dear.. She sick 2day with stomach pain, common cold, and Workaholic. In the morning she told me she was common cold (Flu), so i call her goto sleep as common cold need immune system to eradicate the rhinovirus. Then evening afternoon and evening she strive hard to study. Now at night ady, she look better now, but just hope that she will get better. Luckily she got eat something now. At least i no need that worry, with her empty stomach and Lau Kei dun 1 2 see doc. Aiyo, see me mah can lo, although this no-cert doc can't help much but still know little stuff about common disease la. Haha and diff is this no-cert doc have very very much love to the patient de eh.. Haha..

Now she look better in the webcam, but she still reading under the small white table lamp with room light off.. Haih Ke Lian her lah..Sick oso need study.. Wat 2 do, exam is near.. Actually i oso exam near la, just i pandai pandai bodoh a bit, always procrastinate. haha..

风湿 the Rheumatism

Huh after long time dealing with such a pain disease, now feel like 1 2 explore more about Rheumatism or wat we usually call Feng Shi. Dun 1 2 talk about the pathogenesis or watever about it. Just 1 2 know why i got such diseases when i'm still young and powerful in doing my stuff. Although it is not a debilitating disease, just feel pain when the weather turn cold and damp. Like 2day loh, cold and rain so sure pain.. And weird is, Last few days on right leg, now on left leg. Haih...

Basically, Rheumatism is an group of disease of that cause joint pain. I think that i got this stuff is just i got Gene for it. My mom have OA, my grandma have Rheumatism oso, which all got almost relate disease. Haih...so teruk...Didn't blame my family for passing this gene to me, is that why i choose these gene to inherit...Kah Kah Ka...

But now, i put my ankle near the radiant heater..Quite soothing and pain lessen. Haha...

Recently i got back most of my exam result. Not bad to me actually cause i achieve my aim and target that i set for from the beginning of the year. I tot that being able to achieve such result i'll be the one that is very happy, but that doesn't turn out to be. Maybe winning is not important anymore to me, or just that my opponent just slack too much in this particular time. I can't consider this to be a real achievement as i just achieve when other lacking. Still remember papa said, "when you got good result, you hope your other friend got a good result as well and competition only between when you and your friend result is equally good."

Hehe...nothing 2 worry now.. Just study till the end of this semester and exam. Going back in 32 days...Happy err...

Huh that day talk Bahasa Malay with my Melayu friends.. U know i talk like this "Saya banyak Cepat Hari ini". Huh... that sentence from my mouth. Haih...my malay really gone bad alots...lots n lots... Xiang Tang Nian, my malay is among the top in my school, which even malay people have to admire me in speaking proper malay. I still remember that time, i can talk in fluent malay, with correct usage. I still remember where in Bahasa Melayu paper, i was among the top defecting other Malay which i'm proud about. But now,....SUCKS...I can't even command a proper malay sentence.. Haih... Wat a loser... Nvm lah...Bahasa Melayu Important??

Computer and Mylife

Hmm..yesterday some1 ask me about com stuff. I answer her "I dunno but i will learn". That is my usually answer when i dunno about computer cause i will learn it. To me anything about computer, nothing will be a hard thing for me. As long as i hav computer i can do my stuff. That why my family say i'm Techno guy. I always stick with technology no matter it is Computer, Handphone, Mp3 player..

Ok let me do a brief reflect on my computer knowledge...

I got my 1st computer on 1997 with Intel Pentium M 166MHz with 32mb of memory and the hard disk space just 3.2GB. That computer using Windows 95..I still remember 2nd day i use that computer, i corrupt it ady... until need technician to repair. I just delete some system file from it and cause windows can't start. After 1 week, i corrupt that computer again.. Oso same loh, technician come n repair by reinstall windows. This time i clever a little, i curi learn how 2 install. Third time my com corrupted, i install myself. That time need to go buy Win 95 second edittion myself and install myself. That is the starting point where i install my own windows.

After that, with my techno friend i upgrade my computer to Windows 98. On 1999 i got internet connection through dial-up. Still remember hav to goto KL to subscribe. That time i was so happy cause i can download song. That is the starting where my song collection start to expand.

With my techno friend, i start exchanging mp3, initially we use Floppy Disc to copy song but after that we figure out, taking out hardisk from computer and connect to other computer to exchange. That is much more faster as i can copy whole library of song (500 songs) at once instead of using 4-5 floppy disc for 1 song. That was the time where i start open up the CPU casing and explore the hardware inside.

After that i learn through internet on computer hardware. I buy memory and install it myself and upgrade it from 32mb to 128mb. Few years later, that computer too old for me. I buy a new computer, which i choose the hardware spec but did not assemble myself. It is Pentium 4 1.5Ghz. That computer did not last very long as that time i choose RDram which is very fast memory but less people using it causing the price to skyrocket. That time the motherboard burn out. So no choice, buy a new CPU again. This time i choose the best for my computer, I use the best motherboard at that time, ASUS-P4PE, DDRram 512MB, Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz which cost my father a lots. This 1 i assemble the whole CPU myself. That time i almost understand computer very much. No matter wat problem about computer i can solve it.

Now i'm using Toshiba Qosmio which for me among all computer is the best with it function, speed, screen and size. haha

Huh a day full of thing 2 do..Luckily i got 2 sleep a while just now from 9-10pm. Back from lecture at 4pm then keep my Portfolio updated for submission tomolo.. Then goto Woolie for shopping.. Just buy some bread...Long time din take bread ady.. Then back home have dinner then study for while. Until 9pm feel like no mood then i hop on the bed and sleep.. Luckily i wake at 10pm and not 10am. Haha.. Study till now loh.. Just wanna finish pathology but i cannot stand anymore. Now my Erector Spinae muscle at the back very pain cause sit too long... Time to sleep...Happy 2gether...
